Shipping & payment information
When will my order ship?
After your payment has been processed, orders are normally shipped from our New Zealand warehouse within 24 hours between Monday and Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. Purchases made before 12pm NZT will normally ship same day.
Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
Customers from New Zealand, Australia and united states do not need to worry about international taxes and duties.
Orders from other countries may be subject to duties and taxies, which are processed once your shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please check with your local customs office for further information. Foxleigh takes no responsibility for any extra customs charges or delays at your countries border.
When can I expect to receive my order?
In New Zealand, we use CourierPost and normally you will receive your shipment within 1-2 days.
For the rest of the world, we use DHL express and transit times are normally 2-6 business days, depending on where you are.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer free express shipping on all our international shipments, using DHL express couriers.
Can I change my order and/or address once it has been placed?
Please check your confirmation email once the order has been placed. If an order needs to be changed or cancelled after being processed, please contact us immediately. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact our customer support team immediately. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.
My order status says "unfulfilled". What does that mean?
“Unfulfilled” means that your order has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was cancelled unexpectedly, it is probably because of our anti-fraud system. However, this rarely happens to genuine orders. Normally, if your order is flagged as suspicious we will be in touch with you for more information.

What type of movement is used?
Our watches all use a Japanese Miyota 2025 movement, which has only two hands – a hour hand and a minute hand.
Are Foxleigh watches waterproof?
Foxleigh watches are technically 5atm waterproof, which means you can safely go swimming in shallow water without damaging the movement. However, we do not recommend you do this as the leather can be damaged and weakened by water and it will void your warranty. The watches are fine in small splashes, such as rain or washing dishes.
What type of leather is used?
All our leather is sourced sustainably and is genuine cow-hide leather. The factory uses a split leather, which is durable and long lasting and will eventually wear in giving each strap its own unique style.
What is the glass made of?
Our watches use hardened mineral glass which is tempered glass made from silica. It is scratch resistant and will last a long time.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. All our watches come with a factory-backed 2-year warranty. You can find more information here.
What type of battery is used?
Our watches use a Sony sr626sw battery.
How do I replace my battery?
Any watch repair shop or jeweller should be able to help replace the battery at a low cost. We don’t suggest trying it yourself as it require special tools and you could damage the watch.
